Due to technical server overload problems
you may need to try your download again. ..also, you can email us requesting
data . Should your system not be
able to handle, or read, the Excel file of OTC data we recently sent, you could
go the web page at www.tradedays.org and
download an Acrobat Reader. When
you reach the web page, note an icon at the bottom of the page titled “Houston
Gas Show” click there which takes you a page about sharing info…bottom right
of this page see “Offshore 2000”click
for info. Click on that icon and
download the Acrobat Reader, which contains all directions needed to operate
it…such as expanding for viewing by the using
magnifying glass…..remember download
may take several minutes. Many of you have received an Attached
Microsoft Excel file (.xls) as a complimentary copy of our preliminary (about
one-third complete) database of industry contacts developed from OTC Card Reader
and other data provided by cooperating exhibitors. If you would like to receive
(without cost) a copy of the final last years contact database including
exhibitors, thousands of OTC attendees, and other industry contacts, we invite
you to share with us your OTC Card Reader data and any other non-proprietary
database information you have developed. Most commercial industry databases are out of
date and are generally considered to be only about 20% accurate! It is our goal
to build an accurate, high quality industry database that will include modern,
up-to-date contact information. The database, when complete, will be
non-proprietary and will be provided to you free of charge if you share with us
your OTC Card Reader and/or other non-proprietary customer contact information. Information sharing is the key to profitable
future communications for everyone. We believe our efforts will be of
significant benefit to the industry. To participate in this years info sharing,
e-mail your data in xls, comma delimited txt or other common format. For more
